  • 55 miles - cycle, run or walk the distance from Glasgow to Edinburgh, two of our BriTROC centres

  • 616 miles - the ultimate challege. Complete the distance travelling between all of our research locations

Download our mile matrix to choose a distance between two or more of our research locations for your Research Relay. You can take on a solo challenge or gather a team, divide the miles between you and pass on the baton to your teammates.

The Research Relay is open to everyone. So no matter what your fitness level, you can contribute to making ovarian cancer a survivable disease.

Be a fundraising champion in 4 simple steps

1. Make your page shine

Your fundraising page will be set up for you when you sign up. Adding a photo, setting a target and sharing your story will help you raise more.

2. Ask for support

Don't be afraid to ask for donations to your page. You'll find that friends and family are happy to help and want to support your fantstic challenge.

3. Share your progress

Keep everyone up to date with your progress by posting photos or screengrabs of your miles from your rides, runs or walks on social media.

4. Say thank you

Thank your sponsors and let them know the difference they're making for women diagnosed with ovairan cancer.
