1. You acknowledge that participation in the event involves potentially strenuous physical activity and risk of personal injury. You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are suitable, healthy and fit to take part in the event. You will be taking part in and completing the event at your own risk.
2. You acknowledge that you will follow the government’s most up to date advice about exercising outdoors. See https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
3. Ovarian Cancer Action will contact you by telephone and email with reference to your registration. We will keep you up to date about the event via regular emails and by phone.
4. By giving your contact details you accept that Ovarian Cancer Action may contact you about the event by email, post and phone. You can unsubscribe at anytime by contacting Ovarian Cancer Action on 020 7380 1730 or at fundraising@ovarian.org.uk
5. In addition to contacting you about this specific event, depending on the contact preferences you have opted for, we will also contact you about our work, such as updates on the research we are funding, awareness campaigning and other fundraising activities. Our privacy policy can be found here on our website. Any questions regarding this or to change your contact preferences please contact info@ovarian.org.uk.
6. Any monies raised in connection with Walk in Her Name Step Challenge are held on trust for Ovarian Cancer Action and therefore all participants have a legal responsibility to ensure that all sponsorship monies/donations received in connection with Walk in Her Name Step Challenge are paid to Ovarian Cancer Action and we ask that you do this as soon as possible after Walk in Her Name Step Challenge finishes. Money pledged via online fundraising pages is collected automatically. Other ways to pay in sponsorship monies/donation are as follows:

• Over the phone by calling Ovarian Cancer Action on 020 7380 1730 and providing details of a credit or debit card
• Cheques made payable to ‘Ovarian Cancer Action’ sent to Ovarian Cancer Action, 8 – 12 Camden High Street, London, NW1 0JH
